2026 Ramadan Bazaar (Vendor Registration)

About This Event

• Vendors may enter the hall no earlier than 5:30 PM. • Vendors must check their assigned table number upon entry and set up accordingly. • Vendors must bring their own tablecloths. • Swapping or changing tables is not permitted without approval. • Vendors are not allowed to sell water, soda, or tea. • All attendees and vendors must maintain respectful behavior. • Children must always be accompanied by an adult. • No photography or videography is allowed without consent. • Vendors and attendees must follow all directions from event organizers. • Keep the environment tidy—use designated trash bins. • Vendors may use the patio only for unloading. After unloading, vehicles must be moved to the parking lot promptly. • Please note that this bazaar is exclusively for women.
